I was conned into purchasing full coverage insurance when I specifically stated I did not want additional coverage on the car (beware of what you sign for, they are qucik to talk, and extremely pushy). I paid $422 for an 8 day rental, which was a KIA Rio, and the car stunk horribly and was badly stained. I called Corporate to file a complaint and they were unwilling to assist or offer any type of compensation. I will never again rent a vehicle from any Enterprise location due to overages, stress and unbelievably horrid experience. -One truly unsatisfied customer. more

I was very satisfied with this company, they were helpful and friendly. The cars are good and clean. They also have better rates than other companies and they sell used cars too. more
