I gave them only one star because I was told that I would receive a call with a diagnosis in 2-3 days. I dropped my laptop off on Saturday at 10AM (when they open) and decided to call them on Thursday since I have not heard from them. I was told that "it's on the bench" and that no one has looked at it yet. \r

You have to pay about $35 when you drop the PC/laptop off so their diagnostics are not free.
