Horrible experience! I was so disappointed. I was also hung up on twice while trying to book an appointment. I finally got through and was very clear that I needed a complete physical and blood work all in the same day as it is difficult for me to take another day off. I was told by the receptionist that she could order blood work ahead of time and that it wouldn't be a problem. Well weeks had gone by and I hadn't heard from anyone about fasting..etc so I decided to call the day before just to confirm and when I called they said they had not ordered blood work and that they could not do that. When I asked to speak to the doctor they said" Dr. Forrester is too busy to speak to patients". I was livid and very concerned. After I set my appointment I started reading about all the bad experiences many people had and decided to still keep my appointment because it took so long to get another. The receptionist was so rude and cold and I tried to explain the conversation I had stating that blo
