The sales man was not very friendly or real knowledgeable about the Van.My husband asked him several questions he couldn't answer.He was very pushie and very high presser.That really turned us off.We had seen a new van at another dealership with the same extras for $800 less.So we weren't empressed with their prices.Nothing was really special with them.It was not a good experience.

CONS: We were very uncomfortable with the whole experence
