When our heater broke this past winter I came to Insider Pages to find a good repair company. I called Air Tro based on the reviews and I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed. They were able to send someone out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. The part was ordered and the heater fixed within 3 days. They even came out on a Saturday to finish the job. Their service technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The cost seemed reasonable considering the job. A very helpful bonus: they were more than happy to call me when their technician was on the way. Thus I didn't have to miss more work than necessary. This was a pleasant surprise since most home care companies I have dealt with are resistant to call at best.
