I have been renting with Enterprise exclusively for the past 3 years. I have found their customer service at every branch I have used across the US to be top notch. The Morristown Branch is no different. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make the rental experience as easy and pain free as possible. There is never any pressure or under-handed tactics to get you to buy their insurance, which I get quite often with other companies. The only reason I give the Morristown branch only 4 stars instead of 5 is due to their size. This is a tiny branch that is obviously not connected to a major airport. Therefore, the selection of cars is fairly small, and they sometimes have difficulty providing the car you reserve. While they have always given me a free upgrade when this happens, the upgrade vehicle will sometimes be a gas hog compared the the desired vehicle. Again, to their credit, they have given me a free tank of gas to offset the cost before. Overall, I highly recomme
