The 1 star is for the friendly receptionists. I only went there once & won't go back. They were very pushy. They tried to sell me their ridiculous, expensive & unnecessary 'Wellness Plan' along with several shots that did not apply to my cat's circumstances. After agreeing to one of the shots, I read up on it, only to find out it is applicable to cats who either live with other cats or come into contact with other cats - neither of which applies to my cat (FIP shot). I also found out this FIP shot has minimal effectiveness in preventing FIP, and it is not generally recommended by the American Association of Feline Practitioners Feline Vaccine Advisory Panel. Nice. I went in planning to spend $40, they tried to sell me $225 worth of drugs & services. I only ended up spending $55 since I turned down most of what was recommended but should have stuck with the original 2 shots around $40. Overall - not a trustworthy place to take your beloved pets/kids.
