My wellness package protected me when my puppy goes in to be seen for something every couple of months. She has allergies, skin problems, eliminating problems. We would have paid so much more somewhere else if it hadn't been for the Banfield package. But, more importantly, Dr. Tiemann is always caring, kind and gentle with my 1.5 yr old puppy. He remembers the details about our dog, asks about them and always offers reasonable advice on the choices we have to make on treatment. I find his staff personable, professional and helpful.
