Review content:
After an accident, the car was towed to this business. The car owner went to look at the car, which was totaled as a result of the accident. After getting personal possessions from the vehicle, the owner asked the manager of Hart Towing if there was paperwork they needed to fill out and what needed to be done. The owner said everything was taken care of and no paperwork was necessary. After the insurance adjuster came and went, they still didn't contact the owner. After several weeks, the owner contacted a junk yard to have the car taken and contacted Hart towing who said, you can do that when you pay $800. Never did this person say how much it cost for storage or any type of service other than towing. The insurance company even said they have a bad reputation for doing that. We paid the bill and are now asking for an itemized bill showing the detailed charges. If it's not produced, then off to small claims court we go and they can prove to the judge that they are reputable!
