I went the night of my rehearsal dinner on my wedding weekend with an appointment, and they kept me waiting more than 30 minutes beyond my appointment time. The two girls running the frond desk were WRETCHED - so rude and not understanding or even willing to help me out. I was beside myself upset and powerless to do anything about it. Finally someone had pity on me and did a blow dry, but they did a mediocre job and my hair did not look great - a huge disappointment on the one weekend of your life that you want to look great and are having pictures taken, etc. Furthermore, the service was so insulting and the energy in the salon was so bad - I just didn't need that. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They should be paying people to come there
