The hairstylists really don't have a clue about what looks good and suits different face. I had to fight with a couple of them to get the kind of haircut I wanted and when they were done, it looked amazing and I got a lot of compliments. But it was their job to figure out what would look good on me. And it was silly that I had to spend time arguing with them and watching them sigh and roll their eyes.\r

Also: it all depends on which overworked and underpaid sweatshop laborer...er...stylist you get. All of them are in pain from standing all day and exhausted and dirt poor. Some are nice. Most are fed up and hate their customers. Can't say I blame 'em especially after I saw one of them get berated in front of me. But as a customer, I won't pay for anyone to be bitchy at me.\r

Some of the instructors are knowledgeable. Many aren't. Many are just as exhausted and overworked as the poor students. So you won't get close attention every time.\r
