This place is terrible. I'm a college student and in an effort to save a little bit of money I decided to come here after reading some of the reviews. I booked an appointment for a cut, and when I got there my stylist had a name tag on that said "Advanced", which is supposed to be good, right?\r
WRONG. I got there at 1pm and I brought a few pictures with me of haircuts I DID want, and haircuts I DID NOT want. I had to explain what I wanted 10 times to the stylist and the instructor, and even when they said they understood it was obvious they did not. Now, the cut I wanted is not complicated. I had very long hair, and I wanted a bob with a little layering. Nothing funky, nothing crazy, just. a. bob.\r

When she shampooed me, I'm pretty sure she skipped my bangs and the hair near my neck, and I did not get any kind of neck or head massage like I keep reading about. Then she begins cutting my hair, leaving to go get her instructor every 5 minutes to come check things/fix things. I was expe
