I went in a few weeks ago to get a trim/layer touchup and a make-up lesson. I asked for an advanced student because I was doing this in preparation for med school interviews, meaning that it had to be JUST right. My primary complaint is that the experience took a long time and I had to wait. I arrived on time for my appointment, but had to wait about 20 minutes for my student to be ready. Once he was, however, he was just what I like! He was graduating in only a month or two, and he was not afraid (nor too ignorant) to offer advice. When I described what I wanted as "blah blah layering a certain way blah" in order to reduce volume as the end result, he suggested a slightly better way of producing the result I wanted (which I was happy to take him up on as I am no stylist!). Although my request was quite simple, I was nonetheless very satisfied with the result. It was pretty cool too that you get the free shampoo and facial.
