Businiess name:  Bristol Club

Review content:
When my husband and I were looking for a new home in the Downers Grove area, we seriously considered Bristol Club Apartments. It is a very nice, clean complex right off Maple Avenue. However, it's also right next to 355, so I have to believe that noise can be an issue. Units ranged from quaint one bedroom apartments to loft models with cathedral ceilings, fireplaces, and decks. However, prices range just as much as the living spaces do. In a two-week span of looking at a specific apartment, the price jumped over $300. I know it's mainly a result of the changing market price, but that seems quite dangerous to me if you're thinking about spending more than one year here and might have to renew your contract. Bristol Club is definitely worth a look, but make sure that you find out how long the price you're quoted is valid.
