I made the unfortunate decision to take my car here for an oil change. What they do here is lure you in by advertising an oil change for around 20 bucks. Then, they will try hard to sell you additional expensive auto service and lie to you in the process about the price. The front desk person quoted a certain price verbally to me for transmission flush service to which I agreed. After the service was done on my car, I was told that the price was 90 dollars more than what was verbally quoted to me. Although the printed copy of the estimated quote showed the price as 90 dollars more than what I had expected and was given to me before the service was completed, I didn't notice it because (1) the amount was printed very small at the bottom (2) the guy never pointed the correct amount to me on paper and (3) he verbally quoted me at a lower price. I was mad. When I confronted him, he simply denied ever saying the price to me instead he pointed to the amount on paper. I understand that
