Review content:
They did the work in November of 2012 and I called Pam, the sales person i had worked with back in December. She said she was very sorry and would get someone right out and fix it. A month later when no one showed up I called back again. she again was very nice and apologetic, but they never came through. It is now near the end of May and after more than 6 phone calls and a lot of promises, they have still not showed up to repair their poor quality work.
