Review content:
We bought a used 2007 Highlander from Pat Lobb McKinney in 2010. Car has been performing fine, but couple weeks ago the alternator went out. Luckily we purchased the Toyota Care package. They towed us FREE to dealership. While there, technician discovered water pump was also bad. They replaced alternator, water pump (and new battery that we provided) all for FREE (well, all was covered under warranty except battery, but they didn't even charge us labor on that).\r We were just impressed that they were able to get to the car on such last minute notice. James Pecor (Service tech) was very helpful in explaining what was going on. A sales person rang me on the Monday to ensure we were happy with the service we received and I received a call to confirm that it was ok to email me a questionnaire. I absolutely LOVE this dealership and I most certainly would recommend them as a place to buy a car as well as have your car serviced. \r
