My doctor is great, his staff is not. No return phone calls, weeks to get prescriptions refilled, long wait for appointments. There are LOTS of doctors in this office, so you feel like your being ""mass processed"". This would be OK if the staff treated you like a person, but no, they act like your just one more person to deal with.\r

Often, my pharmacy will not get a refill authorization from the doctor, and there is no way to get in touch with anyone to understand what the issue is. Very frustrating.
