Review content:
This is a highly rated restaurant. Out of my party, I was the only one who had not been to this restaurant yet. I like to think I am current w/ all good eating places and I am was very excited to try this place as I have heard sooo many good things about it. Unfortunately the server DID NOT put in our order and supposedly ""lost our ticket."" After 3 parties that were sat after us, ate and left, and we realized we had been sitting there w/ half full glasses for an hour, we were concerned. We were brought an appetizer, at our server's discretion, in concilation. Our food was comped and we were appreciative to the managers who tried to reconcile our bad experience. To our disgust, we were avoided like the plague by our server. Bottom line, if a mistake is made, just be honest with us and we will understand. Be polite, professional, curteous, appreciative, and tactful, and you should be tipped appropriately. Soooo if you are looking for a place to treat you as we were treated, then try North Harbor.
Pros: Everything from the food to the view
Cons: the service
