So I accidentally put my camera card into the CD ROM drive of my laptop. Called Dell, got absolutely nowhere with them. I decided to go up the road and ask for help at Lone Wolf. I was told that they weren't sure they could help me retrieve my card and that it might be two-three days before they could get to it. I left but decided 10 minutes later that I couldn't be without my computer for that long so returned to pick it up. Walked in, it was handed to me with the photo card and I was truly thankful. Great job Lone Wolf Computers, thank you, The best customer service I've ever had.
