Office staff is really bad! Not very friendly. Take forever to answer the phone. I have been put on hold 10 - 20 min at a time ?! Long wait time in the office for apts - even morning apts. \r
Aestheticians are good. \r
Dr. Gasch is a good Dr but he does talk really fast. A typical conversation with him leaves me confused. He has an assistant that types up what he says so you can read it. It is kind of weird.
