Review content:
Dr. Gasch seemed scattered during the appointment and what he told me did not match what his nurse typed up to give me as I left. He recommended only very expensive treatments without options or explanations. His nurse did not return my calls for a minimum of multiple business days, if at all. He offered to sell me over the counter products ""that may be hard to find"" only for me to find them at multiple drug stores with a retail price of almost half what Dr. Gasch sold them to me for. In general: disreputable and not recommended. I did give 2 stars because the expensive treatments worked at least. When my family found a new dermatologist and described the previous treatments as part of the medical history, the new doctor rolled his eyes and said ""Let me guess... Dr. Gasch?"". There are 7 dermatologists in this suburban town. How did he know which physician had led us down this path? Enough said.
