I've been there twice and both times they were readily available. That should have been first clue. First time the vet never even came out to meet me. Second time, the assistant was giving trimming my dogs nails, which my dog wasn't happy about. Imagine that! Anyway, I was helping and so was the intern. She told my dog to behave or she would have 'mama leave the room and that will take away your comfort zone"". Not that my dog understands English and knew what she was saying, it's that she said it, and out loud in front of me. I went in there for a rabies shot and nail trimming and was there for 45 mins. They kept me in the room and were talking about moving the cars around in the parking lot.\r

Just complete jerks and many in town have told me similar.
Pros: Can get in fast
Cons: Wait forever and rude unfriendly to humans and animals.
