THEY ARE A RIP OFF PLACE! Find a different Urgent care center. There are so many in Florida that is a lot better. I had a possible broken leg from a fall when I went there. Please do not go here if you have Medicare insurance or Medicare plans. Even in an emergency situation as most patients are when they arrive at this location, they force you to pay money and outright refuse Medicare or any Medicare plans. I had to pay them money before they even see me. I was in pain and they took advantage of my emergency situation. Manager kept saying you have to pay before seeing the doctor. She even confirmed payment with insurance company! I think she was more interested in extorting as much money as possible from me! NEVER GO HERE, PLEASE! the care is not anything more than any other place! I will never go here again and will not let anyone I know go here again!
