MD Now Urgent Care

THEY ARE A RIP OFF PLACE! Find a different Urgent care center. There are so many in Florida that is a lot better. I had a possible broken leg from a fall when I went there. Please do not go here if you have Medicare insurance or Medicare plans. Even in an emergency situation as most patients are when they arrive at this location, they force you to pay money and outright refuse Medicare or any Medicare plans. I had to pay them money before they even see me. I was in pain and they took advantage of my emergency situation. Manager kept saying you have to pay before seeing the doctor. She even confirmed payment with insurance company! I think she was more interested in extorting as much money as possible from me! NEVER GO HERE, PLEASE! the care is not anything more than any other place! I will never go here again and will not let anyone I know go here again! more

I visited the MD Now in Royal Palm Beach/Wellington and it was one of the best doctor visits I've ever had. I had been sick for a few days and couldn't get an appointment with my regular doctor for a few weeks, so I figured I would go to an Urgent Care. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff, filled out paperwork and was almost immediately called in to see the doctor. The whole process took about 40 minutes and I was even able to get my antibiotics there without having to wait in line at the pharmacy! I will definitely be returning in the future should I need their services. more
