Review content:
We have had really good experiences with them. Ben has been out here before and done measurements for us. We feel very comfortable with him. We've gotten to the point where we know his daughters when we go into the store now. Last time, they did tile for us, and somehow we got to talking about birds. They found out that we weren't really using our bird feeder, and they brought over a bag of bird seed for us to fill it up. They just do the little things that matter.
My cats adore them and follow them around whenever they are here measuring. Steve, the guy that did the carpeting job for us, was so nice and worked so hard. We have a really difficult house to do because of the stairs but he did a lovely job. He cleaned up after himself and always asked to use the restroom. We couldn't have asked for nicer people. It's the same when you go into the store. They always have a smile when they greet you.
