Review content:
I called Jerry's and asked him to quote my three bedroom house for carpet cleaning. He sai I have a $99 special for three bedroom houses but will take $90 cash since it is new year. I said okay and scheduled him to do my place. He get to my place and then tells my mother in law that he cannot do my house for that price. He called me and said I am not sure who gave that price price it is too low. He then said that price was just to clean three bedrooms but not living room or hallways. What? He tells me it is now $120 so I said fine and go ahead and do the house. Whe I return home I notice that the corners of my walls are now rubbed black and the bottom of the corners, the paint is rubbed off. I call him and he said we use protectors on the corners of all houses. (My mother in law was there and they did not use protectors on my house) I have him meet me the next dat and he tells me the marks did not come from him or his crew and again tells me that the protectors are used. Calling my mother in law a liar. Bottom line is there was not a mark in the walls of my 7 month old house and now there are. He pretty much called me and my mother in law a liar and would argue with me everytime I tired to show him anything. In my business I tell the customer okay and I will fix whatever the problem is. Of course he responded that he is a christian.....ha!!
RESPONSE FROM Jerry's Carpet Cleaning:
"I truly apologize if you feel that you were over charged for the work done. We give a price estimate over the phone based on how many rooms need to be done. If we get there and find that there are extra rooms or premium services (red dye, heavy soil, pet stains) that need to be done, it can cost extra. Thats why we inform our customers that this is only a price estimate. We recommend that all our customers check the house and view work done upon completion, so if any issue is present, it can be addressed and handled at the time the work was actually performed. Again, I do apologize and if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to call."
