Just to tell us they do not take our insurance. Then they send my elderly dad a letter with the following statement:
""Due to your obvious mistrust of my practice and myself I have concluded that it is in our mutual best interests to terminate our doctor/patient relationship. Effective immediately I can see you on an emergency basis only for the next 30days. I can no longer treat you as a patient of this practice. No services will be available to you after February 21, 2010. We recommend you find another dental office where you can have your complete and lower denture made""
Lol of coarse we will. I cannot believe they wasted their money just to upset my dad with this insulting letter. What a bunch of fucktards with no clue how to treat patients.
They should have checked the insurance while waiting and we even made sure before my sister took dad that he was covered and they said yes.
Obviously the comments below must be true. Do not go here plenty of other dentist around.
My dad wanted to go here because they spoke Spanish so dont fall for that just go to a nice American dentist who treats their patients well.
