I've been here for almost 2 yrs and have been mostly happy here although there were problems when I first moved in. You can't beat the place for the rent especially if you are an outdoors person since there's a lot of nice grounds with walkways and bar-b-ques that are always available even in winter. You can even walk into the woods that pretty much surround us except for the frontage. I enjoy the birds that come to the feeders in the various locations and even the squirrels running all over the place. Their gardening lot is always re-plowed every spring for us. I did have a problem with a switch that I thought took longer to repair shortly after I moved in but it was not that important and my dishwasher kept leaking until finally fixed. I have not heard people complaining about maintenance lately and I was told all of the apartments have been refurbished now. People may complain, but even when they move you never hear anyone say they are going to another apartment complex here. People here are mostly nice and friendly. One thing is that it's not for children or wild young people. I'm staying here.
Pros: Rent is reasonable, apts are good quality, very good grounds
Cons: older buildings, washers and dryers on 2nd floor
