If you want your lenses replaced in your favorite frames you are in for a story and excuses, you will need to sign a release. Don't even try to ask for a repair on frames, you will leave mortified. With all the choices out there I would choose elsewhere. BTW. After 2 pairs of glasses I have not been happy with the vision in either.
Pros: Nice surroundings
Cons: some hostile staff, inefficient , don't trust prescription, lousy service, if you get it.
