I have been going to Import Auto Stuff for about 9 years now and have always had great service. I think I initially started using them when I had trouble with my Honda Passport, and my son, who lived in the area, told me they worked on Hondas.
I feel that they are honest with me and I like the personal touch...they know who I am. They also are good about providing a loaner car when I need to leave my car there to be worked on.
The work that Import Auto has done for me has turned out well, as I expected, 95% of the time. When it has not, they have made it right. They are honest and they work with you on what needs to be done and what can be delayed at no harm to your car.
Their personalized service really stands out to me. They went to auction to get me the car I have now. Also, when my headlights went out recently, I called and asked if I could bring my car by on the way to work. They were very accommodating and were able to fix it so that I could go on to work.
