Honnda Stuff

Import Auto Care is open and honest about what is wrong with my car. I started going to them when they only serviced Hondas, and now I take my Toyota there. They are accommodating whenever I need to get my car in. They are great about offering me a courtesy ride, they are professional, and they treat me as a person not just a dollar sign. I first went there for an oil change in 2000, so I have been using them for about 10 years. I pretty much have never had a problem with them. I think there was one time when there was an issue, but they fixed it right away at no charge. My cars run great, and I have never been stranded. I am very satisfied. more

Import Auto Stuff is excellent. I initially went in and met with them 3 or 4 years ago, based on a personal referral. They took the time to talk to me and take a look at my car. They have serviced 2 Acuras for me over the years and everything has turned out well. I like that they treat you like a human and do not talk over your head, as some mechanics do. They will take the time to explain what is going on with the car, even showing me what is wrong. It is a good learning environment and they are very patient. They are incredibly honest and forthright in that they will only do work that is necessary. For example, when my power steering was starting to go bad, they were good about working with me as far as what they could do for the time-being and within my budget. Import Auto Stuff will not push you to replace something right away. They will prioritize the work for you and only fix what is necessary and in your budget. more

I have been going to Import Auto Stuff for about 9 years now and have always had great service. I think I initially started using them when I had trouble with my Honda Passport, and my son, who lived in the area, told me they worked on Hondas. I feel that they are honest with me and I like the personal touch...they know who I am. They also are good about providing a loaner car when I need to leave my car there to be worked on. The work that Import Auto has done for me has turned out well, as I expected, 95% of the time. When it has not, they have made it right. They are honest and they work with you on what needs to be done and what can be delayed at no harm to your car. Their personalized service really stands out to me. They went to auction to get me the car I have now. Also, when my headlights went out recently, I called and asked if I could bring my car by on the way to work. They were very accommodating and were able to fix it so that I could go on to work. more
