Review content:
This facility is not the fanciest Veterinary you will ever go to but they usually do a great job and their cost cannot be beat. I have taken my dog there ever since I have had him and I have not had any complaints ... until recently. \r
Usually a gentleman looks at my dog for all his visits and this gentleman is excellent! \r
But yesterday I had a small built lady, whom I've never seen before, look at my dog and give him his annual shots and check up.\r
I have never been so upset. She didn't even great my dog or let him smell her when she came into the office. When she saw my dog she said ""oh"" and looked terrified.\r
My non aggressive dog winced on the 2 injections she gave him- something he has never done.\r
She stood as far away from my dog as humanly possible on all occasions, thus not doing her job or giving the injections as well as she could if she got close to my dog like vets usually do. \r
When giving the medication that goes up the dog?s nose, she had to mussel my dog and gets 2 assistants in to man handle my dog and she still struggled to give the medicine.\r
My dog that has never been a problem at the vet when the gentleman has seen him and I will not allow that lady to come near my dog ever again.\r
She has made my life harder after this incident, as a dog that only had good vet experiences will now not be the same the next time I have to take him to the vet based on this last experience.
Pros: Good prices, gentleman vet is great, staff are wonderful.
Cons: Usually a good waiting line, not the fanciest place, be wary of any new inexperiencest vets - may not be as good as the vets who have been there for years.
