I would recommend them for preventative care such as shots and such because of their low rates. I have yet to use them for emergency care, so i can't speak on that. I would definitely NOT recommend using them for boarding services. Although they were 50% cheaper than most places, the quality of services was extremely poor! Like the above poster, my dog was clean and well-groomed when I dropped him off. Two days later, he was filthy and smelled like urine and feces. When they brought him out, he was wet and shivering. He also looked like his hair had been cut. I had to bathe and brush him immediately when I got him home! In addition to that, he normally eats 2 cups of food per sitting. When he came home, he ate 3 cups and drank 48 ounces of water. Luckily, he reverted back to his normal self after the bath and feeding or I would have definitely been back the next day to complain.
There record keeping is poor as well. They could not find records of his first visit there when I brought him in, yet I had called them a few weeks earlier to find out when he was due for his shots. What happened to his file within a matter of weeks is beyond me.
If you're looking for a place to get shots and preventative care for your pet, then they are the place to go. If you need short term boarding for your pet, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Pros: Low prices, Good vets
Cons: filthy kennels, long wait, bad record keeping.
