They came out to the house for a consultation and I was deeply disappointed. I indicated I wanted a particular type of product for a patio and was immediately steered into a product they are more familiar with - my request was ignored. I asked for a sketch of the yard and the ideas he was giving, but he said he didn't think a sketch was necessary and that he knew in his head what he wanted to do. At the end, I asked how much our consultation was, I was told the initial consultation would be free as long as I gave him the work and wasn't going to shop around and meet with other landscapers! What?! I'll meet with all the landscapers I want and see who I like best! When I was honest and said I would in fact be meeting with one other person, the gentlemen's attitude changed, but he promised to get some ideas together and call me 3 days later. He never did, even after I left a phone message for him to call me back. Poor business manners!! Pros: unknown Cons: Took 3 days for a call back, poor attitude, bad business practice in my opinion
