Review content:
I parked my car long term at the ""The Parking Club"" and returned a month later and found a fresh scratch measuring 1 inch wide and 4 feet long on the driver door. The parking club keeps damage records detailing damage to the cars that they receive but the manager, Frank Vincent, told me that the damage form could not be located. Since there is no form, he refuses to accept responsibility. In conversation, the manager was very defensive and hostile. \r
\r
Customers can hardly be held responsible when employees fail to fill out paperwork designed to protect the company from claims. \r
\r
Customers would do better to park on the street than to trust their car to the Parking Club
Pros: There are parking spaces
Cons: They damage your car and don't take responsibility for it.
