Recently moved to Brooklyn from Manhattan where over the years I've parked in four different garages. They all have their strenghts and weaknesses, but one thing that's pretty standard is they all fix your car if they damage it. \r

This place caused over $700 damage to my car and all I got was denials, excuses, delays. Trust me, I'm persistant, but will end up going to small claims court if I want to be compensated. The manager, Frank, is a master at avoiding responsibility. (The previous review rings true...his inability to find the right form?!). \r

Another annoying problem...while I was there the roof leaked. If I was parked on the upper floors, my car was covered in drippings, dust, and debrs.\r

Some of the attendants are very professional if a bit morose. Others constantly hustle you to wash your car. One guy does everything including parkig your car with his cell phone plastered to his ear.\r

Parking in N.Y. garages is kind of a necessary evil, but this place makes it really tough. Oh, and by the way, if you want to leave you must give them thirty days notice. So if you end up having problems, you're stuck there for a month before you can leave.
