The Worst Ever 1/26/2012

Don't do it. Run by fools, manned by retards. How is it possible that people that park cars for a living manage to set off the alarm of every car they park? The guys that work there are more interested in shouting and cursing all day than parking cars or maintaining any semblance of professionalism. They also park cars on the street that people pay good money to have at an indoor lot. Isn't that illegal? One would think that managing a parking lot wouldn't be very difficult, but it's too much for the owners and employees of this garage. For the 400+ bucks a month they charge, you'd be better off parking on the street and paying the tickets. Stay far away from these jokers, trust me. more

Warning about this parking facility 9/29/2010

Recently moved to Brooklyn from Manhattan where over the years I've parked in four different garages. They all have their strenghts and weaknesses, but one thing that's pretty standard is they all fix your car if they damage it. \r \r This place caused over $700 damage to my car and all I got was denials, excuses, delays. Trust me, I'm persistant, but will end up going to small claims court if I want to be compensated. The manager, Frank, is a master at avoiding responsibility. (The previous review rings true...his inability to find the right form?!). \r \r Another annoying problem...while I was there the roof leaked. If I was parked on the upper floors, my car was covered in drippings, dust, and debrs.\r \r Some of the attendants are very professional if a bit morose. Others constantly hustle you to wash your car. One guy does everything including parkig your car with his cell phone plastered to his ear.\r \r Parking in N.Y. garages is kind of a necessary evil, but this place makes it really tough. Oh, and by the way, if you want to leave you must give them thirty days notice. So if you end up having problems, you're stuck there for a month before you can leave. more

Damaged my car and refused to take responsibility 9/11/2008

I parked my car long term at the ""The Parking Club"" and returned a month later and found a fresh scratch measuring 1 inch wide and 4 feet long on the driver door. The parking club keeps damage records detailing damage to the cars that they receive but the manager, Frank Vincent, told me that the damage form could not be located. Since there is no form, he refuses to accept responsibility. In conversation, the manager was very defensive and hostile. \r \r Customers can hardly be held responsible when employees fail to fill out paperwork designed to protect the company from claims. \r \r Customers would do better to park on the street than to trust their car to the Parking Club Pros: There are parking spaces Cons: They damage your car and don't take responsibility for it. more
