I totally hate this salon and the service that I got. I went to this salon a while ago and I was looking for a good job in my hair color but when I got there I had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes for my service and when the stylist did my hair, she was a senior stylist, forgot her name, she just color my hair like a 3 years old color a piece of paper. Besides of my hair she color my ears, almost my entire forehead and did not even clean after finish. So my scalp started to burn and what she did was to put some oil and offer me water. What a water can do for my scalp? Even after the oil my scalp was still burning. So after my entire process I got to home and felt some burning still in my scalp and I just figured out that my scalp was hurt and have pus, so I called back the next day and I just listened this all b$#@#@ saying that is sooooo normal and I should not be concern. C'mom, since when you get some color and expect some b l o o d after? That shows that the stylist is not professional enough and doesn't know how to color. So after to talk and complaint , I asked for my money back and they were concerned that she will not get paid, this is not my problem is her problem that she did not do a good job. They were more concern about the money from the stylist then the client. Can you believe? So they ask me to come back to prove and of course I went there to prove to them , they did not have a word because what they saw was true and they didn't even said sorry. No apologies at all! Got my money back and never will be back. I jut got my scalp back to normal after 3 weeks!
Bad costumer service and horrible service! Never more!!! I am sure I can find better professionals than this messy place. Even though this happened to me a while ago I fell like I should warn everyone before they decided to go to this salon.
