great haricuts, cool people 9/21/2005

The atmosphere is busy and productive; the people are hip and cool; the haircut was fabulous. Not a lot of foofy to-do about it, just your basic quality, stylized, and personalized haircut. On the down side, expensive products were pushed on the way out. more

Unpretentious high end salon 8/2/2005

This salon has been around as long as I have (since 1978) but still remains hip and contemporary. The team of stylists is as varied as the diverse clientèle made up of Berkeley and Easy Bay residents. There's a wide age and lifestyle range amongst the stylists, so you're bound to find someone who shares your sense of style. Stylists with more experience bill more for their cuts, so the price of a haircut ranges from $36 to $80 some dollars. Evening and Saturday appointments available. No drop in, as far as I've seen. more
