Review content:
BEWARE when dealing with this company.\r \r Ierna's replaced my mother's air conditioning unit in November 2009. The salesman and all associated paperwork indicated she was purchasing a model which uses Puron coolant. Yesterday, my mother's unit failed. The service technician that responded discovered that the unit which was installed is not the same unit on the sales contract. Instead, the unit is a Freon based unit. It was also indicated that the unit on the paperwork was not available in November of 2009. When confronted with this information, the manager at Ierna's stated he would fix the current problem with the unit at no charge provided we would agree not to sue. Unbelievable. At this point in time, my elderly mother is in a house with no air conditioning while temperatures are 90+ degrees.
