Review content:
I had a nurse take my vitals and then swab my mouth to test for strep, then I waited in the room for roughly a half hour without the doctor coming in or anyone explaining what the wait was for. I just got a statement from my insurance company today and I found out that the strep test cost extra and they never told me that it would be extra or how much it would cost. Extremely unprofessional service.
