Overly expensive. I had some flu-like symptoms and was forced to go and visit an insta/urgent care. Because of my insurance and based on the discount list on the insurance providers, I ended up going here. What a terrible experience. After waiting for 30 minutes to be helped, I was charged $151.50 for basically nothing. The Dr. who saw me came and checked me and basically said ""yup, you have the flu"" and left. Of course, my insurance didn't cover almost anything and I am now expected to pay for more than 75% of the bill. What a rip-off. Avoid this place if you can. more

Don't go here if you are sick. 5/8/2011

Riverwoods Urgent care is the worst clinic of all time. I've never been treated so poorly the few times I've to receive ""care"" here. The doctors and nurses alike are nowhere near nurturing. They didn't even listen to all my symptoms and the ones they did they shrugged off like I was an idiot for coming into the doctor for what I called severe symptoms. They didn't examine me properly. They didn't even have the excuse of having a busy clinic. The nurse was eating chips and kicked back in a chair chatting to the receptionist at the front desk. I will never go to this clinic again and will make sure everyone I know is aware of how much it sucks! Choose the IHC insta care in Provo by Utah valley hospital over this place any day. more

Please go to a professional and not here 2/5/2011

I wish I could give a negative rating. 3 hours before I saw a so called ""doctor"". I have been having strep throat symptoms he told me to go back in three weeks to see about getting antibiotics! Very unprofessional. Blood on the floor and a very disorganized environment. more

A Pleasant Change 1/5/2009

I have to admit that sometime back I went to this facility and it was pretty bad. Because of distance and my insurance, I went back this December 2008 and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very nice and caring. I was attended to quickly and even had a Dr that was willing to work with me above and beyond the duty of insurance requirements. It was a pleasant change and I now would recommend this facility. Pros: Friendly and attentive more

Horrible Service 7/16/2007

I had a nurse take my vitals and then swab my mouth to test for strep, then I waited in the room for roughly a half hour without the doctor coming in or anyone explaining what the wait was for. I just got a statement from my insurance company today and I found out that the strep test cost extra and they never told me that it would be extra or how much it would cost. Extremely unprofessional service. more
