Worst Experience Ever! I went to South Coast Medical Group with an injury and had them verify my insurance to make sure I was covered (I had a broken foot). They stated that my insurance did cover the care. \r

Later I received a bill stating I wasn't covered at all. I contacted them immediately (this was in 2008) I left multiple messages for Johnna Gherardini, but she never returned any of my calls. \r

I worked with Peggy their accounting person (very nice) to try to resolve all this and it went back and forth until they were sending me to collections. It's now 2011.\r

I contacted the Johnna Gheradini to try to resolve the problem. This woman is the most arrogant, non customer servicer oriented person ever. She wouldn't even listen to my full story nor hear all the facts. I asked to escalate this higher and she proudly and arrogantly told me ""you've reached the top"".\r
\r
If you want extremely bad customer service especially from the ""TOP"" this is the place to go. Be sure to not trust the front desk or the ""TOP"".
