On the 21st of June I walked into this office due to an infection. They don't take appointments so you have no choice but to just show up and wait. I was not seen by a doctor but by a Physicians Assistant. OK, I really did not have a major problem with that since it was such a minor problem. She ran some tests on site and indicated that there was something showing up but it did not look serious enough to prescribe any medication and she wanted to run some more tests to find out more. This was on a Monday and she told me I would hear from them on Friday. The next Monday I had not heard from them so I called and asked about my test results. I was informed that they had not come back. At this point my infection was getting better on its own so I kinda forgot about it. 5 weeks later I get notification from my Insurance Co that they had paid the bill. Wait a minute, I never got the results. I tried calling several times and only got voice mail, so I went in. I was told that the PA had decided that I did not need any more tests and nothing was sent in. Why did they not call me. Why did they not tell me when I called a week later. So I asked if it was there policy to tell the patient one thing and then make decisions behind there back and NOT inform them. I did not get an answer. I asked for my money back, they refused. DO NOT go to this clinic. You will be disappointed!!!!
