Review content:
First Class Carpet Service has gotten better in the 10 years that I have been using them, off and on. They had some jobs about 5 years ago that didn't suit what I thought they should have done. They didn't seem as educated in carpet cleaning as they should have been.
They have completely remedied that. First Class Carpet Service does a better job and is more professional. I use them regularly now and have been very pleased with their last 3-4 jobs.
