I have had no problems at all with First Class Carpet Service. They are very good. When you schedule an appointment, there's no problems. They're very quick and efficient. You know that at the time they say they're going to be there they will be there. They're quick with their work also. They don't lollygag; they work. And if you have any questions, they answer them really quickly and give you good advice. I have no complaints; that's why I call them. I'd recommend them any day. Jim Beatly more

First Class Carpet Service was good on all fronts. I showed him what needed to be done and went about my business. When he was done I looked at it and it looked good. I didn't stand over him, so I can't say what he did exactly, but it was fine. I would recommend First Class Carpet Service. Someone had recommended them to me; that's how I got into the picture. It was just the one guy who came to my house--the same guy I had seen at the neighbors'. He was fine. Go ahead and get him in and let him go at it. He does a good job. more

The experience was first-rate. 5/29/2013

First Class Carpet Service has gotten better in the 10 years that I have been using them, off and on. They had some jobs about 5 years ago that didn't suit what I thought they should have done. They didn't seem as educated in carpet cleaning as they should have been. They have completely remedied that. First Class Carpet Service does a better job and is more professional. I use them regularly now and have been very pleased with their last 3-4 jobs. more

We've been using First Class Carpet Service for over 20 years. The service and end result keeps getting better and better. I don't know how he does it but you've got a fan here! They allow me to bill it and it's a great end result. You won't be disappointed! more

Job well done 1/14/2013

I was very happy with the gentleman who came out from First Class Carpet Service. He was very professional, and I got a warm feeling about him. He was very helpful, walked through the house, explained what he could do and what he might have a problem with. He was very expedient, got through the upstairs and downstairs carpet in about an hour. He did not have to do the stairs because we had just recarpeted them. Overall, it was a job well done. He did better than I expected and the price was right. I would recommend First Class Carpet Service to anybody. more

I had a retail store at one time, and I had them doing work there and had them work at my house. I found them originally because one of my customers was the mother of Spencer. They've done super work for me. They're always accommodating and I have enjoyed their good service. more

Overall I would definitely hire them again. 9/12/2012

I had First Class out to clean my garage floor. They steam cleaned and washed everything with an oil de-greaser and solvent. The gentleman who came had to come earlier than they originally thought, and he helped me move stuff from the garage. It was outside of what he needed to do but was glad to help. I thought he did a great job, the floor looks spectacular. I had him do a little extra detailing in the corners and he was more than happy to help. more

It was the employee from First Class Carpet Service. I don't know his name, but he was courteous, professional, and kind the whole way. He was just really considerate. He was really professional and really great. Specifically, throughout the process, he would check in with me and let me know what he was doing, why, and ask me about my thoughts on this or that. I just really appreciated it. more

I have been with First Class Carpet Service for many years. I think I have used them for 10 or more years. The people that come out and do my carpet are always on time and Ronnie is fabulous. Sometimes I call last minute and they schedule me in. They give that extra personal attention. I have recommended them to others. more

8 years and no complaints. 2/6/2012

First Class Carpet Service is the only carpet cleaning business I've used for 8 years. They do everything they say. They come here when they say, and I don't have any problems. They do an excellent job. I manage 43 apartment units, and they do all the carpet for me. Everyone is nice, and they do what they say they will when they say it. I have had no complaints for 8 years. more

Had my carpets cleaned, but after they dried many sports returned. 11/20/2011

The worker who cleaned my carpet was very polite and the carpet looked clean when he finished. Three days later, when the carpet dryed, there were some very noticable areas where the spots came through the carpet. I called 1st Class Carpeting and they sent someone out the next day. He sprayed the areas with vinegar,then cleaned them, and I am very happy with the job done on my carpets now. more

I'm not sure what the usual pricing will be, as this purchased through a promotional group. However, the services received were very good and the gentleman who cleaned the carpets did a very good job...with no mess or problem of any kind. more

Extremely great carpet cleaner! 9/9/2011

I've always had First Class Carpet Service clean my carpets, for many years now. Spencer is great, he comes on time, when he says he'll be here. He sets up, I tell him what I want done and he gets it done for me. He is professional, friendly and he is fast! He always does a good job. Also, I think he is very reasonably priced. Especially after I talk to friends of mine who've had their carpets cleaned and they tell me what they've paid! So, I recommend his services all the time to anybody who needs a good carpet cleaner! more

Always do a great job! 8/2/2011

First Class Carpet Service has always been cooperative with specific needs in regards to spots or stains and are really good on making sure everything comes out. I've requested the same employee on several occasions because I enjoy him and he makes sure not to use a lot of water when cleaning. Sometimes, if there's a lot of water used, it becomes wavy and takes longer to dry. I don't have any of those problems with First Class Carpet. more

I definitely recommend First Class Carpet Service. I can always reach Spencer, and I always get a person on the phone. I don't get a recording, and I don't have to wait a day to get a call back. They always answer, and I always get an appointment quickly. If I have a rush job, which happens on occasion, they accommodate me. They always show up on time, or within a time frame that I can count on. I think the cost is fair for the service, and the carpet has always looked good. It also seems to dry better than some other companies that I've used, in a timely fashion, and all the difficult spots are out. Something that really surprised me is how good the carpet looks even it was in bad shape before. I guess that would sum it all up. more
