My daughter will be attending Texas State University in the fall. I decided that we should start the apartment search early because I thought it was going to be such a daunting task. Boy, was I wrong! The first place we went to wasn't a fit, so the young lady that worked there referred us to Greg at Apartment Experts. I know that with anything ""free"", there must be a catch. We continued on to a second place. Would you believe that the girl there gave me Greg's card again! Already feeling a little overwhelmed, we decided to give Apartment Experts a call. We were able to come in right away. Once there, we filled out a form telling what we were looking for. We went back to Greg's desk, and he was able to pull up a list of apartments that fit our needs. I was ready to take the list and start our search again (only this time narrowed down). That didn't happen. Greg called the places to see if they were even available for the falll semester. That narrowed the search down even further. He took us to tour the apartments. My daughter and I agreed on one place. We filled out the paperwork and paid a deposit! Wow! I wish I had known what an apartment locator was a long time ago! I thought this was going to be so stressful, but it wasn't! Now my daughter and I have the rest of the weekend to explore and enjoy San Marcos.
