Both Greg and Stacey were so helpful to me while I was trying to find a sublease for my current apartment and get into a new one. I really felt like they went out on a limb to show me how to use craig's list, and Greg even approved or disapproved responses I got on my posting to weed out the crazies. I had a really excellent experience with this company and would very highly recommend their services to anyone. They do a great job of showing you a variety of options and taking some of the anxieties out of the apartment hunting experience! more

Liars and money chasers! They only told me about places that pay them the most money, I found out later by a friend who works at an apartment that they don't go to! AVOID! more

My family recently moved to Texas from Missouri. We came to San Marcos, TX a few short weeks before we had to be living here for my husband's new job. Driving on Aquarena Springs we noticed the Apartment Experts office and decided to stop and see if they could help us. We had never used an apartment locator before. Amy and Greg were super nice and started helping us right away! We had been flown down to Texas over a weekend and they managed to help us secure an apartment in only a couple of days! We moved into our new apartment the week of Thanksgiving 2010. We are so thankful that we stopped that day in their office and will be using them again in the future. Apartment Experts in San marcos has made my life easier in more ways than one. Not only was it a huge help to me. i have used other apartment locators before and not one comes close to the professionalism i have experienced with Mr.Huber. Not only did he make it super easy and super fast at finding an apartment, but he actually helped take care of my 2 dogs while i was looking for apartments!! i recommend this locator and Brandin to anybody and everybody. After accepting a position with a retailer in San Marcos I started searching for apartments. Anyone who knows this town knows that its nearly impossible to find an apartment that isn't a roommate share or full of partying students. Every experience I've had with Apartment Experts has been great. Every apartment tour was prompt and Greg even drove us to the different apartments to tour them. I'm a student at Texas State and I was looking for a affordable apartment to live in next semester. Greg was a lot of help and he really made the searching experience enjoyable. My husband and I are both students and the apartment we were living in was just too expensive for our budget. We had looked at a few places on our own, but didn't have any luck. We were referred to Greg at Apartment Experts and drove over right away! The location was easy to find and we were helped right as we walked in the door. What a great place to find an apartment! I was a little hesitant in coming because I had never been to an apartment locator service before, but they helped us as soon as we walked in the door (without an appointment) and were very flexible with our schedules as far as going with them to view the apartments. Our realtor, Greg, seemed to know all the apartment complexes very well and as soon as we told him what we were looking for started naming different places, one of which we went and looked at today and am happy to say we (my 3 other roommates and I) will be moving into next fall. After we all agreed we would live there, Greg took us out for Sonic on his dime! I don't know of any other business that would have done that. So if you make an appointment, ask for Greg, he's a really cool guy who knows his apartments :) more

I was hesitant about using an apartment locator, but from the very beginning I was put at ease with the customer service provided. Greg helped us narrow down our search to exactly what kind of apartment we needed, which would have taken hours on our own. He made calls to all the apartments for us and printed everything out. Apartment Experts is amazing! I first used their services last year when I moved out of the dorms into my first apartment, Julia was our realtor, and she was awesome. She was very friendly and professional and really knew what she was talking about, she went to school at Texas State so she lived here for a while and knew first hand where would be the most reasonable place to live based on what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. So there was no question on who I would go to when I began the search for the next place I would call home. Yet again Julia was amazing and very helpful, and put all her knowledge to great use. I made the mistake of waiting to look for an apartment two weeks before classes at Texas State started again. I was very nervous because I knew there was a good chance I wouldn't find an apartment. I found out about Apartment Experts from a search on Google and decided to give them a call. From the very beginning, I was very impressed with their service. Steven McCoy scheduled an appointment for me on a Monday morning. My mother, friend, and I showed up for the appointment and Steven began thoroughly walking us through all the apartments that met my financial needs on his computer. Steven made countless calls to apartment complexes and went above and beyond what I was expecting. After compiling a list of apartments I was interested in, Steven drove to each one and showed us the rooms. After being in San Marcos for only two hours, I signed a lease! I cannot say enough how impressed I am! Steven made me feel at ease right away and reassured me that he could help. His patience and willingness to take on such a complex task (a one bedroom efficiency) was a blessing in itself. Steven had an awesome attitude and was very polite. I recommend Apartment Experts to anyone looking for great service and a place to live. I was in contact with a few other apartment locators but NONE of them were as hard working as Apartment Experts or Steven McCoy. It costs nothing to use and you get amazing service, something nearly impossible to find nowadays. I am very thankful for their help and I will definitely use their services again! more

I had already done some looking for apartments but decided to stop by after I was referred to them. Greg was the one who helped me and he gave me some good tips and insight for apartments. My daughter will be attending Texas State University in the fall. I decided that we should start the apartment search early because I thought it was going to be such a daunting task. Boy, was I wrong! The first place we went to wasn't a fit, so the young lady that worked there referred us to Greg at Apartment Experts. I know that with anything ""free"", there must be a catch. We continued on to a second place. Would you believe that the girl there gave me Greg's card again! Already feeling a little overwhelmed, we decided to give Apartment Experts a call. We were able to come in right away. Once there, we filled out a form telling what we were looking for. We went back to Greg's desk, and he was able to pull up a list of apartments that fit our needs. I was ready to take the list and start our search again (only this time narrowed down). That didn't happen. Greg called the places to see if they were even available for the falll semester. That narrowed the search down even further. He took us to tour the apartments. My daughter and I agreed on one place. We filled out the paperwork and paid a deposit! Wow! I wish I had known what an apartment locator was a long time ago! I thought this was going to be so stressful, but it wasn't!
