Review content:
We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing in the past and just used them again based on our prior favorable experience. Ed came back and installed a new brass shower faucet in the master bathroom and also installed a new water power backup sump pump system (replacing the old battery backup system we had). These jobs required a full day's presence from Ed, but he never complained once or even stopped for lunch. He did a great job on both items. Now, we have complete peace of mind with this new water power backup sump pump system in case we experience a power failure or sump pump failure/malfunction. Thanks again, Ed!
