Our water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon. The plumber that installed the water heater five years ago was on vacation. So we started calling from the yellow pages. We couldn't get anyone to answer their phone or come out and the one plummer that said he would replace it wanted an extra $800 to do the job since it was a weekend. Ben Frankilin was the only company that told us the water heater might still be under warranty. They took the time to ask for our serial number looked it up and sure enough it was still covered under the limited warranty. Ed came out first thing Monday morning as promised and installed a new unit. He was very polite and couteous and got the job done in a timely manner. We were only charged for labor. I will use Ben Franklin for all of my plumbing needs and will highly recommend them.
